Sedona Outdoor School - Christmas in the Canyons Itinerary

Welcome to your exciting adventure with Sedona Outdoor School! Get ready to explore the stunning landscapes of Nevada and Utah as we embark on an incredible journey from Las Vegas to St. George, Snow Canyon, through Zion, and onward to Valley of Fire State Park, and final arrival in beautiful Lake Las Vegas Resort. Here’s a detailed list of our itinerary:

Day 1: Las Vegas, Nevada
Start our journey in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, known for its dazzling lights and entertainment.

• Meet the Sedona Outdoor School team at our designated meeting point.

• After organizing any last-minute preparations, we hit the road and head towards St. George, Utah.

• Hotel Check-in at Inn on the Cliff. Dinner at the Cliffside Restaurant

Day 2: St. George, Utah
Wake up to the picturesque city of St. George, surrounded by stunning red rock landscapes.

• Morning Hike in the incredible Snow Canyon providing endless photo opportunities

• Tour of ancient petroglyphs and light lunch at Kayenta Art Village

• The evening will be filled with the extraordinary holiday lights experience that St George is known for.

Day 3: Zion National Park

• Depart early in the morning for Zion National Park, one of the crown jewels of the national park system.

• Engage in a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking through the renowned Zion Canyon. Lunch at the famous Zion Lodge

• Take in the awe-inspiring vistas of towering sandstone cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and lush vegetation that make Zion National Park a paradise for adventurers and nature enthusiasts

Day 4: Valley of Fire State Park

• Depart from St. George to visit Valley of Fire State Park. Explore the mesmerizing landscapes formed by vivid red sandstone formations, ancient petroglyphs, and unique geological features.

• Enjoy hiking, photography, and nature walks while immersing ourselves in the park's vibrant colors and captivating scenery while enjoying a picnic lunch

• Hotel check in at The Westin Lake Las Vegas. Final night celebration in Village. Enjoy waterfront restaurants and holiday festivities.
  

• Day 5: Departure
  

• Bid farewell to the breathtaking landscapes and fond memories we've created along the way.

• Our adventure concludes as we head back to Las Vegas, filled with unforgettable experiences and a deeper connection to the beauty of the awesome southwest and a renewed Holiday spirit.
